We’re currently seeking an Ecommerce Store Administrator to join our team and help us in our mission. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our online store and requires an individual who is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about ecommerce.

As an Ecommerce Store Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the accuracy and quality of our product listings
  • Processing customer orders and providing outstanding customer service
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer service tools
